Rodriguez, Rizal, residents line up at dawn to get travel pass to Metro Manila

Residents in Rodriguez, Rizal, lined up as early as dawn just to get a travel pass to go back to work in Metro Manila.

According to Maki Pulido’s report on “24 Oras” Thursday, the travel pass allows residents from nearby provinces to enter Metro Manila, which is currently under a modified enhanced community quarantine.

Numerous individuals waited in long lines just to finally have the opportunity to work again in the Metro.

Jinggo, who worked in Makati, shared that he was in line since 4 a.m.

“Ang daming hinahanap na requirements,” Jinggo said.

He’s desperate to go back to work since he didn’t have any more money, he said.
