PDEA operatives conducted a buy-bust operation past 2 a.m. in a townhouse in Barangay Siena.
A PDEA agent tried to buy two kilos of shabu from suspect Yunquan Zhang, a Chinese national.
After the transaction went through, authorities immediately raided the townhouse where Zhang was staying.
They found the said contraband in tea packs and biscuit cans.

The suspect has been renting the townhouse for a year, he said.
Initial investigation showed the suspect has allegedly been involved in big drug transactions.
It is possible the suspect may have been the supplier of drug pushers, authorities said.
