MRT-3 admin affixes closing time, last train departure signs in all stations

The Department of Transportation-Metro Rail Transit 3 (DOTr-MRT-3) on Wednesday installed signs which informed commuters of the "station closing time" and "last train departure" schedules in all MRT-3 station entrances, according to the agency's recent Twitter post.

"Gabay ito sa ating mga pasahero sa kung anong oras magsasara ang bawat entrance ng bawat istasyon ng MRT-3, para malaman at maging predictable sa mga mananakay kung anong oras sila dapat nasa istasyon para makaabot sa last departing train,” explained DOTr Undersecretary for Railways Timothy John Batan.

DOTr Secretary Arthur Tugade had ordered the signs posted after an October 31 surprise inspection, and after conversing and listening to several MRT-3 passengers. — Angelica Y. Yang/DVM, GMA News
