Drunk man's random stone-throwing lands him in jail

A man was imprisoned in Quezon City after he threw a stone at a random passerby who later turned out to be an off duty police officer, according to a report on Unang Balita.

In a CCTV footage Jetro Davocol can be seen wearing a hat can be seen throwing a stone at another man.

However, instead of owning up to his deed, Davocol hid behind a parked tricycle.

The victim, who did not see the suspect, asked Davocol if he saw the culprit.

Davocol in turn told the victim to check the CCTV recording.

The victim followed Davocol's advice and was surprised with what he saw in the footage.

Davocol's excuse was that he just came from a feast day celebration and was drunk when he thought about throwing a stone at passers by.

The suspect asked for forgiveness from the victim, who was adamant in filing a complaint. — BAP, GMA News
