Fire hits 24-hour Korean restaurant in Makati
Fire hit a 24-hour Korean restaurant on San Lucas Street, Barangay Poblacion, Makati City before dawn on Sunday, according to a report on Balitanghali.
Inspectors from the Bureau of Fire Protection said based on their initial investigation, the fire started from the restaurant's kitchen after a stove was left unattended.
The fire reached the first alarm and 10 firemen responded.
It took almost an hour before the fire was put out.
Damage was estimated to cost P30,000.
No one was hurt in the fire and all customers eating at the time at the restaurant were safe.
Authorities are continuing their investigation on the fire incident as of posting time. —KG, GMA News
