Houses in Talayan Village, QC dismantled in demolition
Despite some resistance from residents, a demolition operation in Talayan Village, Quezon City pushed through on Wednesday.
Residents packed their belongings as houses were toppled and removed, according to a report by Allan Gatus on Super Radyo dzBB.

The report further said authorities had to resort to a "forced" demolition after a long period of negotiations with the residents proved futile.
The Pasig River Rehabilitation Commission said the area was a danger zone due to its proximity to the San Francisco River.
