A commander of a Police Community Precinct in Pasay was ordered relieved from his post early Monday after his station outpost was found unmanned with three guns left inside.
National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) officer in charge Chief Superintendent Guillermo Eleazar ordered to have PCP commander, Chief Inspector Allan Estrada, relieved from his post, according to a report on Unang Balita on Monday by James Agustin of Super Radyo dzBB.

Eleazar conducted a surprise inspection before dawn and knocked at the PCP 1 station outpost in Pasay but no one opened the door.
He then called for the deputy PCP commander, Senior Police Officer 4 Moises Sto. Tomas, who could not confirm if there was anyone inside the outpost.

A few minutes after, Eleazar checked the door at the back and found it open. No one was inside the PCP outpost.
Three firearms of Estrada were found inside the outpost placed near a bed together with a wallet and other personal items.
"Ang problema nakita natin is that naka-lock ang pinto from the inside. And then sa back door doon nga nakitang bukas. At andun ang mga baril niya. Naiwan pati mga gamit kagulo. So we have to check kung ano ba talaga ang nangyari rito," Eleazar said.
"Malamig pa sa kuwarto. We can conclude na kaaalis lang niya. Puwedeng habang kumakatok may tinatago kung bakit ayaw akong harapin. There could be reasons," he said.
Eleazar also called Estrada a number of times but the latter did not pick up his calls.
The NCRPO chief then ordered that Estrada be relieved from his post and present himself to Eleazar on Monday morning.
"As per instruction by the regional director, we will automatically relieve the PCP commander and we will conduct an investigation relative to this," said Senior Superintendent Noel Flores, Pasay chief of police.
Sto. Tomas on the other hand denied that he was covering up for his commander.
He said he was able to to contact Estrada and told him that Eleazar was at the PCP.
"Hindi ko pinagtatakpan ang hepe ko, Ma'm, kasi 'yun naman ang kabilin-bilinan ng RD [regional director] natin na huwag na huwag tayong magsinungaling," Sto. Tomas said.
Eleazar also conducted surprise inspections in other areas before going to Pasay.
At the PCP 1 of Mandaluyong Police, the NCRPO chief noticed cigarette butts at the back of the station outpost.
Eleazar also went to the Punta PCP in Sta. Ana, Manila and told policemen to clean their office.
He also checked the Sta. Mesa Police Station, Labores PCP, Sta. Ana Police Station and Malate Police Station and found these in order.
"Well, in general I'm satisfied but maraming improvements tayong nakita. Kagaya ng nabanggit ko nga, one of my mga programs ay cleanliness ng opisina at surroundings. At nakita natin na it has to be inspected," Eleazar said. —KG, GMA News
