Bus turns on its side, occupies three lanes on EDSA-Estrella southbound
A southbound bus turned on its side in what the Metro Manila Development Authority called a self-accident on Thursday night.

A separate tweet by the Department of Transportation cited an MMDA report that 44 people were hurt in the accident.
It said that out of the 44, three were seriously injured.

James Agustin of dzBB reported that the bus was removed from the area before 10 p.m.

The bus disrupted traffic in the area as it occupied three lanes even as MMDA constables were sent to the scene.
Expecting traffic to build up even more, the MMDA also tweeted the following alternate routes for affected motorists.
