Map of Black Nazarene’s Traslacion with alternate routes


Millions of devotees are expected to pour into Quiapo district in Manila on Monday, January 9 to join the annual procession of the Black Nazarene.

Traffic is expected to be heavy in Manila as the city government will close certain roads for the traslacion.

GMA News Online has come up with a map with suggested alternate routes, which may be used as a guide by people will not be able to avoid passing through Manila on Monday.

The traslacion is scheduled to start as early as 7 a.m., but people are expected to gather at the Quiapo church and along the path of the procession earlier. The procession is expected to end between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m.
