Police discover 6 kilos of alleged shabu in Pasay bus terminal
Authorities responding to a bomb threat in a bus terminal in Pasay City on Monday found no explosives but six kilos of suspected shabu instead, a report on Unang Balita on Tuesday said.
The Pasay Police Station Anti-Illegal Drugs unit found the contraband inside a black bag, which according to a witness was left by the still-unidentified suspect at the Grand Courier Davao Bus Terminal.

According to SPO1 Rolando David of the Pasay Police, the suspect left the bag when authorities started inspecting the terminal after they received a report of a bomb threat in the area.
“Nakaupo siya sa seat number 28. Pero nung nakitang dumadami ang pulis kasi may alleged bomb threat, bumaba na ‘yung lalaki (at) iniwan ‘yung bag,” David said.
The police suspected that the drugs were to be transported outside Davao.
“Malaking bagay ‘yun kasi ‘yung anim na kilo maraming masisirang buhay ‘yun eh,”
As of posting time, the authorities are still on the lookout for the whereabouts of the suspect.
They requested to see the CCTV footage but the barangay CCTV camera was not operational at the time of the incident.
The bus terminal, on the other hand, does not have its own security camera. —Kiersnerr Gerwin Tacadena/KG, GMA News
