Taguig club submits CCTV of man who grabbed, slapped Ana Capri

The management of the Taguig club, where actress Ana Capri was allegedly grabbed and slapped by a still unidentified man, has turned over the CCTV footage of the incident to the National Bureau of Investigation, John Consulta reported on "24 Oras" on Wednesday.

Capri's legal counsel, Attorney Rudolfo Jurado, said they hope to use the footage submitted by the Palace Pool Club to discover the true identity of the man who harassed the actress.

"'Yun lang naman ang kailangan namin eh. We need the names so that we can file the necessary criminal cases," Jurado said.

"Kung siya ay foreigner at nakaalis na, we can file the necessary case also sa BID (Background Investigation Division) para hindi na makabalik ito," he added. —

In the video, Capri is seen charging her phone at club around 3 a.m. when a man in a blue shirt approached her from behind

The man, described as a 50-year-old Chinese national, then allegedly grabbed her.

Capri turned and slapped the man, who slapped her in retaliation.

A man in a white shirt then stepped between Capri and the foreigner and escorted the man away away from the actress.

In another clip, the foreigner is seen struggling against black-clad security forces as he is led to his car. —NB, GMA News
