Video pays tribute to ‘Courageous’ Caitie

A video paying tribute to three-year-old Caitlin Lucas broke hearts anew after it was shared in Courageous Catie's Facebook page.

JayJay and Feliz Lucas, the parents and managers of the page, shared the video created by Nice Print Photography, and said that it will be a part of Catie's legacy.

The bittersweet video shows scenes from Caitie's wake last April 1, as well as selected photos of Caitie's battle with juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia or JMML.

"We are wondering why are people so attracted to her, like following her, she's like any normal kid who has some disease. But I think our daughter-- we're really, really so proud of her. She was so courageous until death," Jayjay said in the video.

Caitie succumbed to her illness on March 31. She was cremated on April 2. — APG, GMA News
