Devotees return Black Nazarene image to Quiapo Church
After a procession that took around 20 hours, the image of the Black Nazarene was brought back to the Quiapo church early Sunday morning, ending this year's Feast of the Black Nazarene
The procession began at the Quirino Grandstand at 5:33 a.m. on Saturday, and ended at 2:03 a.m. Sunday, when the image was finally brought into the church.
Some two devotees died during this year's procession, while the Philippine Red Cross provided treatment to some 851 devotees.
