QC court issues arrest warrant vs. Sandy De Guzman

The Quezon City Regional Trial Court has issued a warrant of arrest against businessman Domingo de Guzman III and a Hold Departure Order against Dalia Guerrero-Pastor in connection with to the killing of international race car driver Enzo Pastor, Dalia's husband.

A tweet from radio dzBB on Tuesday showed that the court order was released on August 5 signed by Presiding Judge Luisito Cortez.

Earlier, an arrest warrant was also issued against Enzo's wife, Dalia who is facing parricide charges. Guzman meanwhile is facing murder charges.

De Guzman and Dalia are implicated in the Pastor's killing. Authorities consider a love triangle as a motive in the killing of Enzo in 2014.

They were tagged as the masterminds in Pastor's murder by Police Officer Edgar Angel, the alleged gunman.

But Angel recanted his statement after admitting that he was the one who gunned down Pastor. The two remain at-large.
