At least one person was injured while traffic slowed down in Manila's Del Pan area after an oil tanker hit a trailer truck on R-10 in Manila Wednesday afternoon.

The collision at the northbound lane of R-10 slowed traffic at the northbound part of Del Pan Bridge, radio dzBB's Sam Nielsen reported.

Rushed to the National Orthopedic Hospital was the driver of the oil tanker (WAU-470) initially identified as Rolly de Leon.

De Leon had been pinned in the truck and was injured in the knee and leg.
