Traffic near NLEX heavy amid floods

The heavy rain and floods brought by Tropical Storm Mario (Fung-Wong) snarled traffic at the North Luzon Expressway Friday morning.

 

The NLEX said that as of 8:10 a.m., traffic was heavy at the Balintawak part of NLEX, both southbound and northbound, "due to flood."

 

But a separate report on dzBB radio said traffic at the South Luzon Expressway was "normal" as of 8:50 a.m.
