MRT service limited to between North Avenue and Shaw Boulevard

"Technical problems" limited the operations of the Metro Rail Transit (MRT-3) Thursday afternoon, the MRT management has said.

 

The MRT issued an advisory shortly after 3:30 p.m. indicating its trips have been limited to between North Avenue in Quezon City and Shaw Boulevard in Mandaluyong City.

 

"Advisory: We are on provisional service from North Ave. to Shaw stations due to some technical problems. Wait for further announcement," it said on its Twitter account.

 

It didn't say what the technical problems were.

 

The MRT runs through the Epifanio Delos Santos Avenue and has stations from North Avenue to Taft Avenue in Pasay City. —Joel Locsin/NB, GMA News
