What the Megaforce Security Agency gave NBI was the the video footage on January 22, the day Navarro ended up being mauled allegedly by several men led by businessman Cedric Lee.
Lee had claimed they subdued Navarro after seeing the actor trying to rape Cornejo.
Jan. 17 tryst
In his sworn affidavit, Navarro said he first met Cornejo two years ago but had the chance to get in touch again with her two months ago.
He said they agreed to meet at her condominium unit on January 17, adding the two of them drank wine and made out.
“After consuming one bottle of white wine, they made out and it led to oral sex where Deniece Cornejo repeatedly inserted in her mouth the private part of the victim,” Navarro said in his affidavit submitted to the NBI.
When Navarro left the condo unit, Cornejo supposedly texted him about his being a "bad boy," and in reply he said "sorry talaga."
They agreed to meet again on January 22, when the mauling incident happened.
The NBI re-issued on Thursday its subpoena against the owner of the condominium unit occupied by Cornejo, also a suspect in the mauling of Navarro.

Soledad Ramos, the unit owner, and JP Calma just sent their representatives to the NBI-NCR office.
Calma, in his letter to the NBI, said he is still seeking for a lawyer who will assist him while Ramos is represented by the Garbo Law Office.
The NBI directed Ramos and Calma, in separate orders, to appear before them on February 3 and 6, respectively.
The NBI is expecting another suspect, Jed Hernandez, alias Mike, to appear before their office around 2 p m. Thursday.
The NBI has also issued subpoenas against Cornejo, Cedric Lee and Bernice Lee, who have yet to respond to the order.
An NBI agent said they will be issuing subpoena to three more personalities but refused to provide details. — Amita Legaspi/RSJ/LBG, GMA News
