Over 6,000 Catanduanes residents affected by Pepito receive relief goods from GMA Kapuso Foundation

Over 6,000 residents of Catanduanes who were affected by Super Typhoon Pepito received relief goods from the GMA Kapuso Foundation.

According to a report on "24 Oras," Wednesday, the beneficiaries were from the municipalities of Baras and Panganiban.

Aside from relief goods, the GMA Kapuso Foundation also distributed early Christmas presents to over 200 students from Mabini Elementary School and San Miguel Elementary School.

Catanduanes had zero deaths despite the strong winds brought by Pepito. However, hundreds of homes were damaged and residents are making do with tents or whatever pieces of roofing sheet they can use to shelter their families.

For those who are interested to help, GMA Kapuso Foundation is accepting donations through bank deposits, Cebuana Lhuillier, GCash, Shopee, PayMaya, Zalora, MegaMart, Globe Rewards, Metrobank credit card, and Lazada.
