Analisa Diacosta knew she could give birth anytime that rainy November of 2013. She just never thought that her baby would be born at the height of one of the most powerful storms in history.
Fearing that their house would break under Yolanda’s assault, Analisa hid in the comfort room with her mother and sister.
It was there - in an unlikely place and under the darkest clouds - that she gave birth to a healthy baby girl.
She named her child Ana, but others have also grown fond of calling the baby Yolanda.
While the young girl now brings joy to people around her, an uncertain future still looms in the horizon.
Analisa vowed to do whatever she can to let her child lead a beautiful life.
