Cignal beats Choco Mucho; ZUS Coffee claims back-to-back wins

Cignal extended its winning streak to three after beating Choco Mucho, 25-18, 25-18, 20-25, 25-22, in the PVL All-Filipino Conference on Thursday at the Philsports Arena in Pasig City.

Jacqueline Acuna had 14 points, five coming from blocks, while Ces Molina and Gel Cayuna had 13 and 11 points, respectively for the streaking HD Spikers.

The win spoiled Sisi Rondina's 24-point outburst as the Flying Titans slipped to 2-2.

Earlier, ZUS Coffee notched its second straight win after defeating Galeries, 25-22, 25-16, 25-19.

Chinnie Arroyo had 14 points, while Glaudine Troncoso had 11 points as the Thunderbelles improved to 2-1.

France Ronquillo and Roselle Baliton had 12 points apiece for the High Risers who are still winless after four games.
