Alyssa Valdez on Japanese volleyball star Ran Takahashi: 'He's super nice'

Alyssa Valdez has nothing but good words to say about Japanese volleyball star Ran Takahashi.

The Phenom graced the Monday's episode of "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda" and was asked about the time she met Ran.

The fan favorite was in the Philippines back in June for the Manila leg of the Volleyball Nations League (VNL).

"He's super nice, good looking, plays well as well," Alyssa said.

"I think one thing kaya din very interactive 'yung conversation namin because back then during that time kailangan niya agad bumalik ng Japan, and he wanted to show his love for all the fans kasi hindi niya po natapos 'yung mga games niya dito sa Manila," she added.

When asked if there's a spark between them, Alyssa just laughed and smiled.

Back in June, the Filipina volleyball star gushed over Ran after he followed her on Instagram.

Ran was part of the Japan team which played in the 2024 Paris Olympics in August where they finished in the quarterfinals.

He returned to the Philippines last August for a brand event where he was recently named as an ambassador.

Meanwhile, Alyssa currently plays for the Creamline Cool Smashers at the Premiere Volleyball League (PVL).
