PVL: Creamline downs Kurashiki, Cignal sweeps Est Cola

Creamline took down Kurashiki, 25-22, 25-22, 26-28, 25-21, on Sunday in the 2024 PVL Invitational Conference at the Mall of Asia Arena.

Erica Staunton had 21 points anchored on 18 attacks, while Michele Gumabao had 19 points as Creamline improved to 2-0. 

Saya Taniguchi had 14 points, while Saki Tanabe added 11 as Kurashiki was dealt its first defeat in three games.

Earlier, the Cignal HD Spikers swept Est Cola, 25-23, 27-25, 25-12.

Cignal also improved to 2-0 while Est Cola remained winless in three games.
