PVL: Creamline sweeps Est Cola to open Invitationals run

Just days after winning the PVL Reinforced Conference crown, Creamline is back in the Invitational Conference and swept Thailand's Est Cola, 25-13, 25-12, 25-15, on Friday at the Sta. Rosa Sports Complex.

Michele Gumabao led the Cool Smashers with 14 points anchored on 12 attacks, while last conference's Most Valuable Player Bernadeth Pons had ten points.

Warisara Seetaloed led Est Cola with seven points as the Thailand-based club slipped to 0-2.

In the other game, Cignal swept Farm Fresh, 25-16, 25-10, 25-18.

MJ Perez led the HD Spikers with 16 points, while Ces Molina and Jacqueline Acuna chipped in 11 points apiece in their opening game. 

Farm Fresh, meanwhile, remained winless in two games.
