Perpetual libero John Philip Pepito joins Criss Cross

University of Perpetual Help System DALTA libero John Philip Pepito will join the Criss Cross King Crunchers in the upcoming conference of Spikers' Turf.

The team announced on Friday the addition of the said libero.

The 24-year old Pepito is part of the ALTAs crew which copped its fourth straight NCAA men's volleyball title last May. 

By the end of the Season 99 elimination round, Pepito became the top best digger and finished tenth in the reception category.

The team on Wednesday also announced the addition of Nico Almendras.

Almendras was part of National University's four-peat squad and was named as the 2nd Best Outside Spiker in UAAP Season 86. 

Pepito will join the likes of Marck Espejo and Jude Garcia in the King Crunchers' title hunt as they fell short in the Open Conference finals against Cignal.
