Alas Pilipinas to play in South Korea for exhibition match

The Alas Pilipinas women's team will play in South Korea for an exhibition match on Friday afternoon.

The nationals will play Powerful Daegu in the Serve-Spike Unite Philippines-Korea Women's Volleyball Exhibition Game just days after copping a historic bronze medal in the AVC Challenge Cup in Manila.

"The target is always the same, get better all the time. I think I have to keep on pushing and try to bring more players to join us and I think we have to expect for the best. Better things are coming," head coach Jorge Souza de Brito said in JP Soriano's 24 Oras report on Wednesday.

Jia De Guzman will still lead the same team which flew to Korea for the match.
