Choco Mucho, Creamline forge another PVL All-Filipino title showdown

Choco Mucho and Creamline have arranged yet another finals duel after denying their respective foes to cap off the 2024 PVL All-Filipino Conference semifinals on Sunday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

The Flying Titans denied Petro Gazz, 23-25, 26-24, 25-19, 25-20, while the defending champion Cool Smashers blanked Chery Tiggo, 25-16, 25-21, 25-20, as both squads are set for another championship tussle just months after they slugged it out in the 2023 2nd All-Filipino Conference. 

Sisi Rondina flashed her dominance with a whopping 32-point outing anchored on 30 attacks, one block, and one ace while also grabbing nine digs and seven receptions to steer Choco Mucho to a semis sweep at 3-0. 

Isa Molde supplied the support with 18 points and eight receptions while Maddie Madayag chipped in 11 markers. 

Meanwhile, Tots Carlos continued her brilliance after churning out 16 points  on 11 attacks, three blocks, and two aces while Alyssa Valdez and Jeanette Panaga poured in 10 and seven markers apiece as they ended the semis round with a 2-1 slate.

Game 1 of the best-of-three finals series is slated on Thursday.
