PVL: Dawn Macandili joins Cignal after F2 disbandment

It didn't take Dawn Macandili-Catindig that long to find a new home as the veteran libero inked a deal to join Cignal, just weeks after her former team F2 Logistics announced its exit from the PVL. 

The HD Spikers announced the development on Friday as the team looked to boost its defense following a third-place finish in the previous 2nd All-Filipino Conference. 

The 27-year-old defensive specialist is among the most successful liberos in the country, helping the Cargo Movers cop multiple titles while also being named the Best Libero during the 2022 PVL Open Conference. 

Macandili-Catindig, who spent eight years with F2, will bolster a Cignal side that already features the likes of Ces Molina, Jov Gonzaga, Gel Cayuna, Vanie Gandler, and fellow libero Jheck Dionela.
