Creamline sweeps Chery Tiggo to draw first blood in PVL semis

The Creamline Cool Smashers swept the Chery Tiggo Crossovers, 25-18, 27-25, 25-22, to draw first blood in the best-of-three semifinals of the 2023 PVL 2nd All-Filipino Conference on Thursday at the Philsports Arena in Pasig.

Jema Galanza posted 17 points, while Tots Carlos added 15 points as Creamline extended their winning streak to 12 and remained unbeaten in the conference. Alyssa Valdez added 12 points.

Eya Laure led the Crossovers with 18 points.

Game 2 of their semifinals series will be played on Saturday at 6 p.m.
