Choco Mucho sweeps Farm Fresh for first win

The Choco Mucho Flying Titans barged into the win column after sweeping the Farm Fresh Foxies, 25-18, 25-13, 25-17, on Thursday in the 2023 PVL 2nd All-Filipino Conference at the Filoil EcoOil Centre in San Juan.

Sisi Rondina paced the Flying Titans with 21 points, while Desiree Cheng had 10 points as Choco Mucho improved to 1-1. Trisha Tubu led Farm Fresh with 14 points as they remained winless in two games.

PLDT takes down Akari

The PLDT High Speed Hitters, meanwhile, took down the Akari Chargers in straight sets, 25-16, 25-16, 25-23.

Savannah Davison had a game-high 19 points, while Dell Palomata registered 13 points. Faith Nisperos had 11 points for Akari.

With the win, PLDT improved to 1-1, while Akari slipped to 1-1.

Chery Tiggo gets second win at Galerie's expense

Chery Tiggo notched their second win in the conference at the expense of the Galeries Tower Highrisers, 25-14, 25-15, 25-21.

The Laure sisters led the Crossovers with EJ posting 15 and Eya having 12 points.

Dimdim Pacres had 11 points for Galeries as the Highrisers remained winless also in two outings.

PVL action will head to Batangas City on Saturday as the Petro Gazz Angels take on the Gerflor Defenders, while the Creamline Cool Smashers will face the Cignal HD Spikers.
