Ces Molina gets her first PVL MVP award


Ces Molina of the Cignal HD Spikers was named as the 2023 PVL Invitational Conference Most Valuable Player, her first in her career.

The 28-year old spiker emerged as the highest scorer of the league in the semis after tallying 87 points, and achieving an efficiency of 33.65% success rate, the third-highest in the said phase.

Meanwhile, Molina's teammate Gel Cayuna received the best setter plum, her second after receiving one during the 2022 Open Conference.

Kurashiki's Asaka Tamaru and Creamline's Alyssa Valdez were named as the Best Outside Spikers, while Tots Carlos of the Cool Smashers was the Best Opposite Hitter.

F2's Majoy Baron and Creamline's Ced Domingo were the best middle blockers, while Kath Arado of PLDT was named as Best Libero.
