Philippines caps pool play winless in SEAG men's volleyball
The Philippine national men's volleyball team capped its preliminary games winless as Singapore won in straight sets, 25-23, 25-21, 25-18, on Saturday in the 32nd Southeast Asian Games in Cambodia.
The loss was the country's third in the biennial meet after falling to Indonesia and Cambodia earlier this week.
Indonesia and Cambodia will advance to the semifinals while Thailand and Vietnam will represent Group B in the next round.
The national team will still have a chance to rack up wins in the classification stage as it faces Malaysia on Sunday.
