PH figure skating duo claims silver in French tiff

Figure skating duo Isabella Gamez and Alexander Korovin of the Philippines claimed silver in the Trophy Metropole Nice in France.

The duo scored a total of 55.73 to place second behind Germany's Minerva Fabienne Hase and Nikita Volodin (71.66).

France's Louise Ehrhard and Matthis Pellegris placed third with 53.83, while Sweden's Greta Crafoord and John Crafoord finished fourth with 44.70.

Only the short program of the tournament was held and determined the final result.
