Filipina golfer Bianca Pagdanganan's impressive run at the 2024 Paris Olympics saw her swing her way into a career-best world ranking at no. 106.

The 26-year-old Philippine ace did so after turning heads at the Summer Games, where she finished in fourth place with a 6-under par 282 total, just one stroke behind the bronze medalist Xiyu Janet Lin.

Pagdanganan jumped from her previous ranking at no. 121 and is now a few places from cracking into the best 100 golfers in the world. She also holds 49.07 points after earning 8.51 markers from her Paris campaign.

Another Filipino golfer Dottie Ardina, who also had a respectable campaign in Paris, made an improvement after she made a leap to no. 232 from no. 262. The 30-year-old Ardina picked up 3.55 markers from Paris, where she ended up in joint 13th with four other competitors.

Nelly Korda of the United States maintained the top spot with 463.93 points even after a T22 finish in Paris while another American Lilia Vu and South Korea's Amy Yang are at second and third spots, respectively.

Filipina-Japanese player Yuka Saso, who now represents Japan, is at 10th spot while Paris Olympics gold medalist Lydia Ko of New Zealand leaped to no. 12 from her previous mark at no. 21.
