Carlos Yulo eyes competing again in 2028 LA Olympics

Carlos Yulo is eyeing another stint in the Olympics four years from now.

In an interview on 24 Oras on Thursday, Yulo said he still wants to compete in the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.

If ever, it would be his third straight Olympic stint following his first in Tokyo and this one in Paris.

"Hindi pa po ako titigil, gusto ko pa po mag-Olympics sa 2028 sa LA and I'll do my best po sa lahat ng trainings and magiging challenges ko pa po [na] next," Yulo said.

The Filipino gymnastics star also said a new code of points will be implemented which he will study and adjust to.

"Sa gymnastics po, mag-iiba na rin po 'yung code of points next year, so 'yun ang pag-aaralan po namin and kailangan ko po mag-adjust so I really need to look at things na gagawin ko next year," he said.

Yulo won two gold medals in Paris, one from the floor exercise and the other from the vault finals.
