Carlos Yulo scores 15.166 in Olympic vault medal round, awaits final results

Riding on the momentum from his floor gold medal run just a day ago, Carlos Yulo poured everything and nailed 15.166 in the men's vault finals of the 2024 Paris Olympics on Sunday at the Bercy Arena. 

The Filipino gymnastics ace, who finished fourth overall in the vault event of the Tokyo Olympics three years ago, collected 15.433 from his first vault jump and 14.800 in his second leap to end up with his average. 

The competition is still in progress as Yulo awaits the final rankings.
