Falcons AP.Bren waves goodbye to See You Soon, sets up MSC semis vs. Team Liquid Echo

Falcons AP. Bren kept its unblemished run intact after pulling off a dominant 3-0 win against Cambodia's See You Soon in the quarterfinals of Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Mid-Season Cup (MSC) 2024 on Thursday in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. 

With this, the Beehive set up a highly-anticipated semifinals duel against Team Liquid Echo with the two Philippine teams slugging it out on Friday for a ticket to the grand finals. 

Exp laner David "FlapTzy" Canon (Arlott) and gold laner Marco "Super Marco" Requitiano (Harith) took turns in leading the charge in Games 1 and 2, which saw Falcons AP.Bren finish both games within just 13 minutes en route to the match point. 

The Cambodian champions threatened a comeback in Game 3 with Filipino import and jungler Michael "MPTheKing" Endino flaunting his masterful use of Roger, completing a crucial lord steal in just before the 15th minute mark to allow them to clear the middle lane. 

However, Falcons AP.Bren displayed its might on the defense with Super Marco unloading a triple kill using Harith anew as they marched on to the base and the victory. 

The semifinals between Falcons AP.Bren and Team Liquid Echo will also be some sort of rematch as the two clubs previously figured in a best-of-seven MPL Philippines Season 13 finals where the latter cruised to a surprise 4-0 win.
