Jerrold Mangliwan qualifies for third straight Paralympics

Wheelchair racer Jerrold Mangliwan will be going to his third straight Paralympics stint, this time in Paris.

The Philippine Sports Commission on Friday announced Mangliwan's qualification to the Paralympic Games.

Mangliwan, who competed in the 2016 and 2021 editions of the Paralympics, is a gold and silver medalist in the 2022 Asian Para Games. He has also won six gold medals in three editions of the ASEAN Para Games.

Mangliwan joins the growing list of para athletes headed to Paris which include Ernie Gawilan, Angel Otom, Allain Ganapin, and Agustina Bantiloc.
