Agustina Bantiloc qualifies for Paris Paralympics

Para archer Agustina Bantiloc has booked her slot to the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris.

Bantiloc qualified through the Bipartite Commission Invitation and by reaching the minimum qualification standard, according to an announcement by the Philippine Sports Commission on Saturday.

She was part of the duo that claimed the bronze medal in the Compound Open Mixed Category of the Para Archer Olympic Qualifers in Thailand last year.

She is the fourth Filipino to qualify for the Paris Paralympics after swimmers Ernie Gawilan and Angel Otom, and Allain Ganapin of taekwondo.

The Paris Paralympic Games will be held from August 28 to September 8.
