Lito Adiwang avenges loss to Jeremy Miado in ONE Fight Night 16

Hard-hitting strawweight Lito Adiwang evened the score with Jeremy Miado following a unanimous decision nod in a back-and-forth banger on the undercard of ONE Fight Night 16 this Saturday morning at Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok.

Adiwang, who lost via technical knockout to Miado last year after he suffered a knee injury during the fight, came out guns blazing in the first round, dropping his fellow Filipino striker with a left hook and followed up with repeated right hands on top.

Miado showed resilience throughout the fight, taking Adiwang's best kicks and punches yet never got close to getting stopped. Halfway through the bout, Miado started stalking but was kept at bay by Adiwang's leg kicks that forced him to switch stances.

All three judges saw the fight for Adiwang after three five-minute rounds, improving his professional mixed martial arts record to 15-5 while Miado suffered his second straight defeat, dropping his record to 12-6.
