Kairi, Onic show door to The Valley, set up all-Indonesian M4 lower bracket semis vs RRQ Hoshi

JAKARTA — Kairi "Kairi" Rayosdelsol and the Onic Esports advanced to the lower bracket semifinals of the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang M4 World Championship after giving The Valley of North America the boot, 3-1, on Friday at the Tennis Indoor Stadium Senayan in Jakarta, Indonesia. 

Onic, the MPL Indonesia Season 10 champions, took care of business in Game Four after The Valley secured the opening game and threatened the host nation. But Onic's Sanz stepped up late in the last game, claiming the MVP honors with a perfect two kills and 11 assists while Filipino import Kairi also delivered a flawless 7/0/5 KDA. 

With the win, Onic arranged an all-Indonesian lower bracket semifinals clash with RRQ Hoshi, who previously fell to Blacklist International. The winner will move on to the LB finals and face either Blacklist or Echo, who will go at it later at 7 p.m. in the upper bracket finals.
