Philippines wins two golds from 2022 JJIF Jiu-Jitsu World Championships
Two athletes from the Philippines bagged gold medals in the 2022 JJIF Jiu-Jitsu World Championships in Abu Dhabi.
Kimberly Anne Custodio reigned supreme in the women's 45kg event after defeating Thailand's Kacie Pechrada Tan in the finals.

Meanwhile, Meggie Ochoa won the gold in the women's 48kg class after defeating Canada’s Vicky Hoang Ni Ni.
Ochoa was also a gold medalist from the recently held Southeast Asian Games in Hanoi, Vietnam.
