Muhammad Ali's grandson signs with MMA promotion PFL
Biaggio Ali Walsh, the grandson of the late boxing all-time great Muhammad Ali, has signed with US-based mixed martial arts promotion Professional Fighters League.
Walsh, 24, was tapped to compete in PFL's November 25 fight card against a yet-to-be-announced opponent.
"I am super grateful and excited to be signed with PFL," said Walsh.
"Obviously MMA is a whole different sport than boxing, my goal is just to continue the tradition of fighting that runs within my family's blood. Continuing the legacy means the world to me," he added.
