Women's gymnastics team wins gold, Aleah Finnegan cops silver in individual all-around
The Philippine women's gymnastics team added another gold medal to the country's haul on Saturday in the 31st Southeast Asian Games.
The women's team made up of Chiara Andrews, Ancilla Lucia Mari Manzano, Lucia Gabriel Gutierrez, Kursten Rogue Lopez, Ma. Cristina Loberanes, and Aleah Finnegan ruled the team event after garnering a total of 184.500 points.
Vietnam settled for second with 183.800 while Singapore placed third with 182.550.
Finnegan, who topped the national team with 49.250 points, placed second in the individual all-around event behind Indonesia's Rifda Infanaluthfi (49.650) and ahead of Malaysia's Rachel Li Wen Yeoh (48.550).

The gold of the women's team pushed the country's gold medal count to 12.
