Team Secret falls to Acend, exits Valorant Champions Tour Berlin
Team Secret ended its quest for domination in the 2021 Valorant Champions Tour (VCT) Berlin in Germany.
The team composed of Filipino players Jayvee "Dubstep" Paguirigan, Jim "BORKUM" Timbreza, Kevin "Dispenser" Te, Riley "Witz" Go, Jessie Cristy "JessieVash" Cuyco fell short against Acend, 2-0, on Thursday (Manila time) in the quarterfinals.
In a tweet, the team thanked their fans for supporting them.
"We came as underdogs and made history by defying expectations. To our fans, thank you for such incredible support. This is a bittersweet ending but we hope that we made you proud," the team said.

Prior to the loss, Team Secret won over Team Vikings which booked them a slot in the quarterfinals.
