Mark Striegl officially signs with UFC, to fight Timur Valiev on August 22

Filipino-American mixed martial arts star Mark Striegl has officially joined the UFC roster after his contract signing on Thursday.

The 32-year-old fighter is slated to face top Russian prospect Timur Valiev on the undercard of UFC on ESPN 15.

"Today I signed with the @ufc! A dream come true. I will be fighting on August 22nd in Las Vegas. Thank you @rubyse! Let’s go!" Striegl wrote on Instagram.
