Cyclist Jermyn Prado wins PHL’s 1st gold in Day 5

The Philippines snagged another gold medal in the 30th Southeast Asian Games cycling competition at the Praying Hands Monument in Tagaytay Thursday.
Filipina Jermyn Prado snatched gold in the women's road event individual time trial after finishing 44:44.742.
Singapore's Yiwei Luo clinched silver after a 44:48.518 output, while Thailand's Phetdarin Somrat settled for bronze after clocking 44:58.152.
Cycling already has contributed a total of five gold, five silver and five bronze medals to the Philippines' medal haul.
