PHL notches 2 golds in women's shooting

The Philippines won its first two gold medals in shooting with back to back victories in the women's division at the Southeast Asian Games on Wednesday.

Marly Martir was on target as she clinched the gold in the WA 1500 PPC individual event, besting Pratiwi Kartikasari of Indonesia and Yusliana Mohd Yusof of Malaysia.

She bagged her second gold medal shortly after, shooting to first place in the WA 1500 PPC team event with Franchette Quiroz and Elvie Baldivino.
