The Philippine arnis team continued its dominance on Monday, winning three gold medals and a silver in the 30th Southeast Asian Games men's full contact padded stick competition at the Angeles University Foundation in Pampanga.

Jesfer Huquire clinched gold after beating Vietnam's Cong Quoc Van in the bantamweight division.

Elmer Manlapas then dominated Vietnamese Duc Tri Nguyen for another gold in the featherweight category.

Carloyd Tejada bested Thanh Tung Vuong of Vietnam to nab the gold medal in the welterweight division.

Billy Joel Valenzuela, meanwhile, settled for silver after surrendering to Cambodia's Mengly Yong in the lightweight category.
