Jadambaa chokes Boku in 3

SINGAPORE- In a battle of former ONE Championship title holders, Narantungalag Jadambaa of Mongolia has choked Kotetsu Boku to sleep on the undercard of ONE: Ascent to Power, Friday night at Singapore Indoor Stadium in Singapore.

It was a high level, competitive contest as predicted with Boku trying to land his patented right straight while Jadambaa looked to land his counter left hook throughout the night.

Boku had a taste of Jadambaa's power when the latter went for a roundhouse kick on top that sent Boku to the canvass in round two.

Boku fought with urgency in the final round, but was caught helpless on the ground when Jadambaa went for a von flue choke that ended the fight at the 1:27 mark of round three.

The submission win improved Jadambaa's record to 11-4 while the Japanese veteran fell to 24-11-2. — APG, GMA News
